- Half Happy Baby Pose (Ardha Ananda Balasana): Lie on your back and hug one knee to your chest. Gently draw the knee towards your outer hip, holding onto your thigh or foot. Breathe deeply and repeat on the other side.
- Figure-Four Pose (Supta Padangusthasana): Lie on your back and cross one ankle over the opposite thigh. Gently pull the knee towards your chest while keeping the other leg straight. Hold this position for several breaths, then gently switch sides and repeat.
- Reclining Pigeon Pose (Supta Kapotasana): Lie on your back and bring one knee to your chest. Clasp your hands behind your thigh and gently pull the leg towards you, keeping your other leg straight. Hold for several breaths and repeat on the other side.
- Flowing Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana): Start by finding a comfortable position on your back. Bend your knees and press the soles of your feet firmly onto the ground. Lift your hips up, keeping your core engaged and your shoulders grounded. Breathe deeply as you flow up and down with each inhale and exhale.
- Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana): Sit with the soles of your feet together and knees open wide. Lengthen your spine and gently fold forward from your hips, keeping your back straight as much as possible. Breathe deeply and hold for several breaths.
- Pigeon Pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana): Start in a downward-facing dog pose. Bring one knee forward between your hands and lower your back shin towards the mat. Lengthen your spine and rest your forehead on the floor or a block. Hold for several breaths and repeat on the other side.
- Twisted Lizard Pose (Parivrtta Utthan Pristhasana): Start in a tabletop position and step one leg forward, stacking the knee over the ankle. Twist your torso to open towards the front leg, reaching back with one hand to clasp your foot (or shin) for a deeper stretch. Repeat on the other side.
