Cancellation Policies
Recognizing the complexity of individual retreat cancellation policies, we have endeavored to simplify the
process by establishing standardized cancellation policies for all retreats booked through our platform.
We have defined 4 policies —3 standardized and 1 custom— to streamline the experience for both hosts and
attendees.
Standardized Policies:
1. Free:
- 100% deposit refund for cancellations made 1+ days before the retreat start date.
- The remaining balance is due upon arrival or as agreed with the host.
- Full refund of the remaining balance if paid at the time of booking, up to the day before the retreat start date.

2. Flexible:
- 100% deposit refund for cancellations made 30+ days before the retreat start date.
- 50% deposit refund for cancellations made 15-29 days before the retreat start date.
- 0% deposit refund for cancellations made 0-14 days before the retreat start date.
- Due upon arrival or as agreed with the host.
- Full refund of the remaining balance if paid at the time of booking, up to the day before the retreat start date.

3. Moderate:
- 100% deposit refund for cancellations made 60+ days before the retreat start date.
- 50% deposit refund for cancellations made 30-59 days before the retreat start date.
- 0% deposit refund for cancellations made 0-29 days before the retreat start date.
- Due 30 days before the retreat start date.
- Full refund of the remaining balance if paid at the time of booking, up to 30 days before the retreat start date.
- Remaining balance is not refundable for cancellations made 0-29 days before the retreat start date.

4. Custom:
- Defined by the retreat host.
Cancellation Information:
When purchasing a retreat through our site, one of these policies will apply. It is your responsibility to thoroughly read and understand the chosen policy before making a purchase.
Our guiding principle:
To cancel a retreat, follow these steps:- Log in and click your name in the top-right corner menu
- Select “My Retreats”
- Next to the booking you want to cancel, click “Edit”
- Reconfirm your understanding of the retreat’s cancellation policy
- Click "Cancel"
- On the confirmation pop-up, click "I’d like to cancel"
Cancellation Disputes:
Any dispute must be reported to us within 24 hours, and Wandereer has the final say in all disputes over cancellations. While we may mediate at our discretion, we encourage parties to resolve issues through understanding, flexibility, compassion, and understanding before involving us.
